Sea Ledges is a fabulous colonial home situated on the shore of Southwest Harbor and boasts unsurpassed views of Somes Sound and the mountains beyond. Bring your boat as there is use of a shared dock and mooring. This home can accomodate up to 13 guests.

First Floor
Living room with fireplace and doors to front porch, dining room with fireplace, eat-in fully equipped kitchen, butler’s pantry, and laundry, bedroom with a set of twin beds and full bath, bedroom with a single bed and bath with claw foot tub.
Second Floor
Master bedroom suite with queen bed, full bath and fireplace, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed, shared shower bath, two bedrooms each with a set of twin beds, full bath with shower.

May: $5000; $9000 for 2 weeks
June 1-22nd: $5000; $10,000 for 2 weeks
July 1-31st: $800; $16,000 for 2 weeks
August: $9000
August 24-31st: $7500
September: $6000; $11,000 for 2 weeks
