Fabulous oceanfront home ideal for large parties or family reunions. Water’s Edge offers terrific accommodations for 8 and is located on the shore of Somes Sound boasting fantastic views to Greening Island toward Northeast Harbor. Just a short distance to the village center, this home is well appointed and has a waterside deck off the living room to spend your summer days. Just off the deck you will find your own private sandy beach. Use of a shared dock is included with the rental. Boats may not tie up other than picking up and dropping off. Boats should be placed on a mooring overnight and never left on the dock. Guests under the age of 14 should wear a life jacket at all times while on the dock and float. For larger parties there is a fully equipped three bedroom apartment with galley style kitchen over the two car garage which accomodates up to four comfortably for an additional fee.

Entry, comfortable living room with fireplace, bookshelves and doors to deck, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with queen beds, full bath and den with flat screen cable TV.
Second Floor
Master bedroomm with king bed, bedroom with a set of twins, full bath.
Guest Apartment: Galley style kitchen, spacious living room with dining area, three bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 doubles), 2 full baths. VCR-DVD available.
2013 Rates for the Main House: Please note: Weeks that split the month will be the rate of the higher month.
June: $2700 for one week
July: $3200 for one week
August: Unavailable
September: $2500 for one week, available the Tuesday after Labor Day
The guest apartment is available, with the main house, for an additional $1750 per week or $2900 for two weeks.
