The Cottage at the Birches, built in 1893, offers spacious comfortable accommodations for up to 9. This home is located just a short distance to the Causeway Club and village center. Enjoy chilly evenings by the inglenook fireplace and family dinners in the dining room with fabulous water views. A wooded path leads to the shore and arrangements can be made for use of the float and dock. A quiet well mannered dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee. Tenant to provide written verification that the dog in on flea/tick treatment. No gueard dog breeds permitted and the pet must be with their family and not left alone all day.
Notes
Dogs are welcome with proof of flea treatment and $100 fee. Mooring use by advanced arrangements. Cleaning in excess of the standard 2 hour turn over clean will be charged $50/hour and deducted from the security deposit. Electrical use in excess of 200 kw per week will be charged $.19/kw and will be deducted from the security deposit.
