Garden Cottage is the ideal property for a family vacation. This tasteful and immaculate antique Cape has been lovingly restored and is perfect for families who want to enjoy an MDI vacation just a short distance to the shore via the Cable Crossing Road. Two tandem kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Enjoy The Studio for workouts, yoga or a game of ping pong or use as a sleeping area for two additional guests with the queen sofa bed. Pick your own blueberries, raspberries and strawberries for breakfast from the plentiful gardens!

First Floor
Entry, living room with woodstove and piano, TV room with VCR and DVD and door to back yard, open kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 10 guests, mudroom with washer and dryer, sink and door to stone patio overlooking the back yard, shower bath, bedroom with queen bed and full bath.
Second Floor
Bedroom with a set of twins, double bedroom with roll-out double bed. These bedrooms are open and do not have doors.
