With stunning views of Bass Harbor, you can accommodate up to 200 guests on the lawn and shore. The cost of using the site includes water and electricity. (Wedding party is responsible for tent(s), caterers, portapotties, flowers, music, clean-up crew, etc.)
Rates
The site is available for $1,500 for 3-4 days plus a $250 wedding surcharge. There is a $750 refundable security deposit. Estimated time frame is 3 or 4 days depending on tent set-up and break down.
Further Thoughts
As a courtesy to the property's neighbors, the wedding reception must conclude by 10PM. Break-down and clean-up must be completed by 3PM the following day.
Other things to consider are the time of high/low tide, parking and shuttle for guests. The owners and MDI Vacation Homes can assist you with these decisions.
