Fabulous eight bedroom stone Colonial overlooking Somes Sound. Enjoy the boating activity from the elevated patio or walk to Town, just a short distance away. Balla Cragga, a true Maine summer home, can comfortably accomodate up to 15. Warm chilly evenings with the 3 fireplaces or woodstove in the kitchen sitting area. There is a $200 dock fee for use of the neigboirng dock. Access to the shore is by stairs from the house. There is also a $350 exit cleaning fee for parties over 6 people. Additional $100 per person over 11 people.

Entry hall which opens to stone terrace, ½ bath, living room with fireplace, den with fireplace, dining room, office area, fully equipped kitchen with seating area and Franklin woodstove, pantry with washer & dryer.
Second Floor
Master bedroom with queen bed and private bath with tub, 4 bedrooms with twin beds, bedroom with a single bed and crib, bedroom with a set of twins used as a king bed, 3 bathrooms with tubs, 1 bath with shower.
Third Floor
Large bedroom with queen bed and a single bed. Bathroom with tub.
